Your tasks:

Our clients vary in industry and security maturity. Examples of tasks within GRC include:

• Designing, documenting, and implementing security strategies and governance systems for information security (e.g., according to ISO 27001).
• Conducting risk assessments, BIA, and threat modeling.
• Establishing preparedness frameworks and conducting preparedness exercises.
• Training and raising awareness about cybersecurity, best practices, and threat landscape.
• Advising on relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines (e.g., ISO 27000 series, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, NIST CSF, etc.).
• Development of governing and supporting documents, measuring effects, internal and external follow-ups and audits, and implementing change programs.
• Project management of larger projects related to information security.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant work experience from the client side or consulting industry.
• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Has good communication and collaboration skills, both in Swedish and English. It is required to be fluent in both English and Swedish. Client projects will require security clearances and therefore we require Swedish citizenship.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in security work at the management level in larger companies, nationally and internationally.
• Relevant certifications in the field, such as ISO 27001, ISO 27005 Risk Manager, ISO 22361 Lead Crisis Manager, PRINCE2, CISM, or CISSP.
